Overdose Prevention

The infrastructure to respond when seconds matter.

Overdose events do not announce themselves. They happen in break rooms, parking lots, and bathrooms — in workplaces with no plan, no training, and no naloxone on hand. Phronetic Industries builds the infrastructure so your organization is prepared before an event, not scrambling during one.

Our overdose prevention programs include Narcan (naloxone) supply and management, OSHA-consistent response protocol design, and hands-on training for staff at whatever scale your organization requires. We work with businesses managing OSHA's General Duty Clause obligations, municipalities deploying community-wide naloxone programs, and first responder agencies augmenting their existing response capabilities.

Program includes

  • Naloxone supply, storage, and replenishment
  • Narcan administration training (on-site and remote formats)
  • Response protocol design and documentation
  • Annual compliance review and refresher training

First Aid Compliance

OSHA-compliant. Documented. Audit-ready.

First aid compliance is more than a stocked kit. OSHA's General Industry Standard (29 CFR 1910.151) requires that first aid supplies be available and that trained personnel are present when medical help is not quickly accessible. Most workplaces have a kit — few have a documented, assessed, and maintained program that holds up when an OSHA inspector arrives.

Phronetic Industries conducts a compliance assessment against applicable OSHA requirements for your facility type and workforce size. We supply and configure first aid kits to match those requirements, manage AED programs where applicable, deliver bloodborne pathogen training, and provide the written documentation your audit file needs.

Program includes

  • OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151 gap assessment
  • First aid kit supply and configuration (ANSI/ISEA Z308.1 compliant)
  • AED management and inspection programs
  • Bloodborne pathogen training and documentation
  • Incident response documentation templates

Pharmaceutical Countermeasures

Advanced preparedness for organizations requiring a higher tier of medical readiness.

This pillar is in active development. Pharmaceutical Countermeasures addresses organizational preparedness at the intersection of occupational health, emergency preparedness, and regulated pharmaceutical supply — designed for workplaces and agencies that cannot rely on first aid basics alone.

If your organization has requirements in this area and wants to be informed when this program launches, include it in your consultation inquiry.

Feminine Hygiene Harm Reduction

Workplace health equity as a compliance and care framework.

Access to feminine hygiene products in the workplace is increasingly recognized as a component of employee health equity — and, in a growing number of jurisdictions, a regulatory requirement. Phronetic Industries helps organizations implement practical, policy-consistent programs that address access as a health issue, not an afterthought.

Our programs include policy guidance aligned with applicable state and local requirements, product selection and supply, facility implementation support, and the documentation framework to demonstrate program compliance. We work with HR departments, facilities managers, and operations leaders to build programs that are equitable in practice, not just in policy.

Program includes

  • Regulatory landscape review (state and municipal requirements)
  • Policy guidance and template development
  • Product selection and supply program
  • Facility implementation and signage
  • Compliance documentation

Family Recovery Support

Evidence-based resources for individuals and families navigating recovery.

This pillar is in active development. Family Recovery Support connects individual resilience to evidence-based harm reduction tools — bridging the gap between clinical recovery programs and the practical needs of people and families at home.

If you are an individual or family seeking support now, include that context in your consultation inquiry and we will connect you with currently available resources.
